There are some basic terms and conditions that you are bound by when you order a website from us due to the work involved in getting you online and factors dependant on your content. Please note, we do not charge any hidden costs. You will be advised prior to any work being done whether it is additional to the $700.00 charge.

Websites Terms and Conditions

1. For $700.00 you receive a 5 page website with a maximum of 15 images. Extra images are charged at $10.00 per 5 images. 1 design graphic is included with this package and will appear at the top of every page with link buttons to every page therein. Power plugins can be included but are limited to site specifications.

2. 50% deposit is required upon placing your website order, this money will be used to secure your domain name which is valid for 2 years and your hosting which is valid for 12 months. Hosting will expire 12 months from initial purchase, this is then subject to annual renewal for $300.00. You can opt for 24 months hosting for $450.00.

3. Nature Coast Promotions bares no responsibility for the period that it takes for the customer to organise material for their website following initial payment. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to organise written content and pictures prior to hosting expiration.

4. Following initial building of the site, the customer can request basic changes to be made to the layout etc of the site. Nature Coast Promotions reserves the right to decide if the changes are plausible to the initial layout and presentation of the website. If the changes specified are not able to be completed due to a context or image issue, Nature Coast Promotions will advise the customer of this.

5. If the customer requires extra pages, drastic layout changes or total content change, Nature Coast Promotions will charge the customer at the rate of $30.00 per hour, capped at $90.00 per page. Nature Coast Promotions agrees to inform the customer that these changes will incur extra costs prior to continuing with the specified changes.

6. All website layouts, flash and templates that are designed by Nature Coast Promotions, remain the property of Nature Coast Promotions for the term of online existance. If a customer wishes to change web designers, Nature Coast Promotions will delete content from the host and collapse the site. This is subject to no returns and any time remaining on the host will be surrended to Nature Coast Promotions. The domain name is the property of the customer and will be passed on to the client in the event of a changeover.

7. All customers that purchase a website from Nature Coast Promotions are bound by these terms and conditions.
