WE BEAT ANY PRICE BY UP TO 10% TERMS AND CONDITIONSPayment terms Full payment is required following artwork approval for all first time customers prior to commencement of printing. With subsequent orders, a 50% deposit will apply following artwork approval prior to printing where full payment is to be made upon completion of job. Nature Coast Promotions will accept cheques, but will not process order until payment has cleared from first time customers. Any dishonoured cheques will incur bank fees at the liability of the customer. Orders All orders will only be accepted in writing where all artwork approvals and order specifications will be signed by the customer prior to printing. This is accepted in the form of fax, scanned email or in person on an order form. Once signed, printing will commence. Nature Coast Promotions provides turn-around estimations, delays can occur with some orders and we will do our best to meet the turn around times as stipulated. Once orders are signed off, the order is subject to these terms and conditions. Artwork Specifications Nature Coast Promotions / Australian promotional products offers one free artwork change with every order, subsequent changes are charged out at no more than $30.00 per change depending on complexity of changes required. Accepted forms of artwork are at a minimum of 150 dpi for printing purposes. Accepted formats: JPEG, GIF,BMP, Adobe Illustrator, Paintshop, CorelDRAW and Fireworks/Dreamweaver. Any other formats will be subject to a conversion fee depending on complexity of artwork. Macintosh files are not accepted, PC format only. Cancellations All products are custom printed to the Purchaser's specification. Once printed all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Nature Coast Promotions / Australian promotional products is not bound by any terms, conditions, stipulations or prices contained on customer's purchase order forms. Returns / Claims All returns must be authorised by a reference number provided by Nature Coast Promotions. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after this time will be not considered. Nature Coast Promotions reserves the right to determine if a product is faulty and be replaced, not credited. If Nature Coast Promotions determines the goods are not faulty, customer will be liable for all postage costs incurred. Prices We strive to provide accurate pricing however prices and products are subject to change without notice. Colours The printing industry recognises PMS or Pantone colour standards as a guide and can reproduce your exact colour in most cases. It is the responsibility of the customer to have the PMS colour number identified when signing off on all orders. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure the product they purchase is suitable for the proposed use.
